  • Yes, but you can choose to shower at home before arrival, or use the shower provided. It is important to minimise pollutants going into the pool such as suncream.

  • Yes, the session time is from arrival to departure. That includes any showering, getting changed and leaving the pool clean and tidy.

  • This is a supermarket disposable swim nappy with a well fitted neoprene nappy on top. This means that no poo can escape into the pool water which would results in closure for 48 hours minimum. Please look google happy nappy or look on second hand sites.

  • The owners are parents of 3 young children and know too well that accidents can happen, especially when having fun. The pool rules are that a child needs to have been successfully and fully trained for 3 months before there is no happy nappy requirement. It is not worth the risk for the owners as its a time consuming issue to resolve and means closing the pool for a minimum of 48 hours.

  • This is someone’s home. We do not employ cleaners and sometimes we cannot be here to clean the poolside and toilets between visits. Please be courteous and leave the pool house as you found it so the next swimmers can have an enjoyable visit. We will make a note of anyone who leaves it in an unacceptable state and will not allow you to re-book.

  • No, the pool cannot be seen from outside of our property. There may be the owners children playing in the garden, but it is difficult to see into the pool.

  • Yes there is public parking nearby and details and directions will be sent to you at time of booking.

  • Yes, you can bring inflatables as long as they are clean, and taken with you after use.

  • We offer free cancellation for bookings with 48 hours notice, minus the 3% Stripe service fee which is not refunded to the pool operator.

  • Please come through the gate, which will be unlocked, and you will see the pool house. Remove footwear on the entrance mat and help yourselves to the pool. If it is your first visit we do our best to greet you.

  • Please remove all items from the pool, mop the floor of any pools of water and leave the pool in the same condition that it was when you arrived. Close the patio doors behind you and ensure the garden gate is closed when you leave our garden.

  • Due to insurance, we do not allow parties of any kind, children or adults.

  • Yes as long as they are of your swimmers and not of the Owners house, gardens, children, etc.

  • The pool is in a beautiful log cabin with skylights. It is heated to 28-30c. It is 9 metres long by 4 metres wide and is 1.25 deep at the "shallow" end sloping gently down to 1.50 deep at the deep end. It has built in steps to enter. It is secluded and peaceful.
