Welcome to Forest Pool, a private heated pool on the edge of Alice Holt Forest in the village of Rowledge, Hampshire, available for exclusive use.

The pool is 8 metres by 4 metres and around 5ft deep with walk-in steps to enter.

Facilities include a basic shower room in the poolhouse with toilet and space for an adult or adult plus child to change.  

The swimming pool is heated by an air source heat pump to around 28-30 degrees and treated with Bromine.

The PH levels are kept balanced and the swimming pool is regularly filtered and cleaned.

Additional information

Footwear must be removed on the mat before entering poolside and infants must wear a double layer swimming nappy system. No food or drinks are to be taken pool side and water must be carried in a non-glass container.

The pool is slightly shallower at one end but please note small children will only be able to stand up on the walk-in steps.

Some pool noodles and sinkers are available for use. You may bring small pool toys of your own but they must be in good condition and clean. All toys must be removed from the pool before you leave.

Pool users must confirm they have read our “Pool rules” (Terms and Conditions) before a first swim and swim at their own risk. 

Our pool is by the forest and is surrounded by trees and wildlife. Insects will sometimes come into the pool house for a visit or a drink, especially on hot days. We ask you to remove them from the pool with the net provided and to release them onto a flower bed outside please.

This year the pool is available for hire from June – October. Time slots of one hour from 8am until 7.15pm.

• Additional swimmers £5 up to a maximum of 6 total swimmers
