Welcome to Forest Pool, a private heated pool on the edge of Alice Holt Forest in the village of Rowledge, Hampshire, available to hire for exclusive use.

The pool is 8 metres by 4 metres and around 5ft deep with walk-in steps to enter.

Facilities include a basic shower room in the poolhouse with toilet and space for an adult or adult plus child to change.  

The swimming pool is heated by an air source heat pump to around 29 degrees and treated with Chlorine.

The PH levels are kept balanced and the swimming pool is regularly filtered and cleaned.

Important information

Footwear must be removed on the mat before entering poolside - absolutely no outside shoes to be worn on the tiles. Infants must wear a double layer swimming nappy system. No food or drinks are to be taken pool side and water must be carried in a non-glass container. Do not put baby wipes in the toilet, they WILL block it and you may be charged for repairs.

The pool is slightly shallower at one end but please note small children will only be able to stand up on the walk-in steps.

Some pool noodles and sinkers are available for use. Do not bring inflatables or other large toys; these won't be allowed in the pool. Pool noodles and sinkers must be returned to the storage basket after use.

By booking, pool users are confirming they have read our “Pool rules” (Terms and Conditions) and swim at their own risk. 

Our pool is by the forest and is surrounded by trees and wildlife. Insects will sometimes come into the pool house, especially on hot days. We ask you to remove them from the pool with the net provided.

The calendar is opened approximately one month in advance and is always up to date - where a time or date isn't shown, it isn't available. Please note that any weekend availability fills very quickly.

Pricing is per hour and for the entire party - the hour is from time of arrival to time of departure:

• £20 to hire the pool for one person; £5 for each additional person up to a total of 6 visitors to the pool house (swimmers and non swimmers). There is no charge for under 2s but they count in the overall number; ie max of six in the pool house. To book with toddlers in your party, please choose the number of visitors excluding your toddler when you book. However, please include a note of your toddler on your booking intake form.
